Smoothing head installation steps:
1. Loosen the fixing screw.
2. Insert the triangular trowel.
3. Tighten the fixing screw until the triangular trowel head is fixed.
Steps for usage:
1. metal foil on the back of the crack to fix the crack
2. Sand the crack with sponge sandpaper on the side to be repaired
3. Cut the appropriate repair mesh according to the size and shape of the crack
4. Use a smoothing tool to heat the repair mesh and embed it in the PP
5. Melt the electrode, reinforce the repair mesh, and finally repair it flat
Notice:
1. This product is externally heated. It is normal for smoky to form 3-5 minutes before preheating the heating wire. Does not appear after warming up.
2. Pay attention to the danger, and disconnect the power supply when not working.
3. The hot air tool, soldering iron, and desoldering iron must be placed, and placed on the stand when not in use.
4. When operating, do not apply excessive pressure to the soldering iron, or hit the soldering iron against objects.
5. Regularly remove and clean the oxide layer on the tip of the soldering iron.
6. To keep the tip clean, after it cools down, use a steel brush to wipe the PP off it.
