Life Changing Relief From Chronic Constipation Starting Day 1 & Still Loving It After Almost 2 Months!!!
This product really changed my life. Medication that I take has caused me to experience SEVERE constipation consistently for the past 14 years. No laxatives or any level of hydration including loads of fiber have ever really made a big enough difference to be regular for any length of time. But, I started taking these probiotics a shot-in-the-dark. I had seen in online articles that probiotics seem to be controversial as to whether or not they will help with chronic constipation, especially when it is caused by or associated with opiate/opioid medications. Anyway, after receiving this bottle I took the full dose of two tablets and ever since the next morning I have had a normal, healthy BM including every morning since. Even if I miss a day or two of my probiotic dose, I still sustain regularity. As long as I continue my two tablet daily dose after missing a day or two. I have yet to experience any relapses of constipation. I have had a normal BM daily for the past 9 weeks that I have been taking this particular probiotic. I have had zero noticeable side effects, like upset stomach, loose stools etc. I went from having a BM once per week (on average) to consistent daily regularity. I have experienced some of the worst constipation symptoms over the past 14 years including an entire month of November with a single BM. I don’t normally believe in a magic pill for ailment, but this has been just that for me. To find that a relatively inexpensive, easy solution is available is such as relief for me. I have tried Kefir and other dairy products claiming to have billions of CFUs of probiotics and they did not help, at all. I have tried Metamucil and many similar fiber supplements to no avail. These probiotic capsules are relatively small and easy for me to swallow. I haven’t noticed any flavor when I burp within an hour or two taking my daily two capsules. I have been taking the capsules with my lunch, just because that tends to be my largest meal of the day. If you are suffering the way I was with irregularity, I strongly urge you to try this product. I can’t endorse any other probiotic capsule-type supplements simple because I have not tried any other probiotic capsules that are similar to this product. But, I know this one has worked wonders for me since day one and now I am on day 50. I hope this review can help at least one person to experience the same kind of relief that I have from using this probiotic.Update: After 3 months these probiotic capsules are working a little too well for me. I have had to adjust the amount that I take down to 1 capsule every other day. That is 1/4 of the dosage I was taking before. But, I was getting some loose stool and found myself having to return to the restroom to re-clean up to 3 or 4 times in a day after a loose BM. This decrease in the number of capsules I am taking has not decreased my regularity. However, I have still been having fairly loose BMs. I have never experienced this problem of having to return to the rest room multiple times to re-wipe. I know a lot of you do not want to read about BMs. But, I know I would want to know this information had I been able to read it before making a decision on the type of probiotic to try first. If you are having constipation more than a few time per month, this probiotic could be a cure for your discomfort. Just keep in mind that the recommend dosage on the bottle can be decreased without diminished results.

LIFE CHANGING – AMAZING PRODUCT
I’m a 49 year old male and had some issues that I didn’t think was a problem. For the last 15 years it’s been this way and that’s just my normal… here they are #1. My poop was very muddy and more liquidy and very consistent. Never any pain or discomfort, just messy poops. #2. My gas smells terrible. I could clear a room in 5 seconds! I’ll admit it was bad, but didn’t think much about it because it’s not suppose to smell pleasant. #3. My weight fluctuates a lot between 170-185. I just thought it was poor eating habits and not eating the right foods.A couple years ago a tried some Probiotics. Went to the store, found something and started taking them. 3 weeks later, no changes and thought, quack science.About 3 months ago, a co-worker mentioned probiotics and talked about it helping not just digestive issues, but also skin. I’m getting older and thought, I’d give this a try again. My co-worker said to get scientifically proven something.. and something about CFUs, was really paying close attention to the details, but knew to look for, those two key words.I found this products, ordered it on amazon, and it arrived the next day.I’m just gonna get right to the results. I’m not a blogger and my patience writing this is about done but feel it’s good to right honest reviews about something that worked very very very well for me.Results:#1. Within about 3 days I noticed my poops were getting more solid. About 2 weeks in I knew for a fact, that this products was doing something. For 15 years, never had consistent solid stool, never. Now at 2 weeks in, my stool was always very solid and very quick. I would sometimes be on the toilet for 5 minutes just to get things cleared out. Now, it’s like one action in 2 seconds and I’m done. This seems silly, but I’m a little proud of them now. It looks perfect, 2 feet long, solid, and all together.#2. My gas does not smell terrible anymore. I didn’t realize this until a few weeks ago, but my gas is very very different now. It doesn’t smell bad anymore. I could never pass gas in a crowded room because it would send everyone running it was so bad.#3. I lost weight and my weight is now very consistent. I didn’t think I’d lose any weight, but I did. The main thing is my weight is not fluctuating like it used to. I didn’t change my diet and lost 7 pounds, and it stabilized at 172. Before this product, my weight would be up and down up and down between 172- 182.That my honest review of this product and hope it helps someone with similar issues.

Quite a Radical Help
I had 2 people in the house with guts that were a MESS, and had been a mess for years. I have tried other probiotics and had seen some small benefits in them, but this one has been a game changer.Those 2 guts are in good order now. Whatever it was that has been missing is restablished, and gurgling miseries appear to be a thing of the past.One person takes 1 pill 2 times a day – the other takes 2 pills with each meal. I hate to use the word “miraculous”, but for this family, it has been a fantastic benefit.It will definitely be a staple product in our house from now on.

Use for homemade yogurt…But!
I started using for making homemade vegan yogurt and am very happy…until today I went to open a capsule and it was rock solid. All of the remaining capsules are hard and unusable, about half a bottle as I’ve been using just fine until today. They are kept in a dry pantry cabinet. Disappointed, what’s up with this!?

This stuff is doing wonders for my bowel movement
So i’ve tried other probiotic supplements before, as well as just eating different types of yogurt, but this is the first time I actually realized this stuff works. In the past I never noticed any difference, and would just stop after a while. In fact I tried another probiotic supplement from costco that is i think also 50billion cfu (or close) and that thing didn’t do ANYTHING for me. the only reason i realized it didn’t do anything for me is because I tried this brand on a whim first before trying out the one from costco, so there’s a direct comparison within weeks of eachother.In any case, since i started taking this the first time (2 capsules per day), I’ve gone way more regularly. I’ve always had really bad constipation issues (i can go more than a week without going a #2, my whole life this was the norm), but no matter how i change my diet or exercise, it doesn’t improve. I’ve tried other probiotics and again, nothing really changed.I forgot why but one day i decided to try this brand – and a few days later I started to realize that I’m getting bowel movements once a day, or once every 2 days. which is insane! I switched to a kirkland version thinking they’re probably all the same – went back to getting no bowel movement, but i finished the big pack anyway because I didn’t want to waste money. then when that was finally done, I immediately came back to this brand – and once again within 2 days of taking it, I had bowel movement in the morning! It was insane!!!!I don’t know if maybe this brand just happens to have a culture that my body always desperately needed and no other yogurts or probiotic have it? I don’t know what it is but while it works, I plan on continuing to use it! I feel so much better when i actually get a natural urge to go, without having to take constipation meds or tea that makes my stomach hurt. woohoo!!!

Can’t really know if 20 strains are doing anything
This pill definitely does more than yogurt or other foods with probiotics do. But I would not say that it seems like 20 new strains were introduced to my gut. First results after using definitely made things more stinky but I’m not sure why. I have a high fiber diet and am never constipated. So maybe there’s a rebalancing effect or a few strains that colonize that weren’t already there but I can’t justify paying extra for the slight, but noticeable, improvements.I’ve taken a probiotic pill in the past and this is certainly better. I haven’t taken this daily since your guts should balance out according to your diet and natural microflora mix. Daily use could cause long term or permanent changes in your gut flora so YMMV.

Start with half the dose.
The full dose may be to strong. My wife and I started of with the recommended dosage and it caused us both to have to use the restroom a lot more than usual. Not sure if that is supposed to happen with probiotics but the full dose didn’t agree with us. We found that taking half worked perfectly for our needs so I would suggest starting low to see how it effects you first.It is a good product though!

Works great–serious bang for the buck!
I need to begin my review of this product by telling you why I needed it in the first place.A couple of months ago, I had acute appendicitis, and the treatment included intravenously feeding antibiotics into my system while I was hospitalized, and taking Augmentin for another 7 days after being released from the hospital (and yes, my appendix was removed, too). Those antibiotics eradicated the toxic bacteria that had spilled out from that appendix and spread throughout my lower abdomen, but since they cannot tell good bacteria from bad, they also decimated the good bacteria in my intestines (and gut flora is mostly that good bacteria). I needed to restore that gut flora, and the faster I could do it, the better.So I began shopping around for probiotic supplements, both at local grocery stores and on the Internet. I was impressed with the value this product offered: 50 billion CFUs from 20 different strains in every two-capsule dose, and (as other reviews have said) the more strains, the better.It didn’t take long at all before I started to experience positive results. In about a week, my bowel movements were much more regular.My doctor said probiotic supplements are expensive. The way I see it, though, the price of one bottle of this probiotic supplement isn’t that bad at all. When you consider the cost per two-capsule dose, It’s close to what you might pay for a 6-oz. cup of yogurt, but unlike that cup of yogurt, you get 50 billion CFUs from 20 strains, and I consider that to be serious bang for the buck.Two things I have yet to find out: First, after more than two decades of getting acid indigestion from spicy and/or fatty foods, that hardly happens now; however, I do not know yet if consumption of this probiotic has had anything to do with it, or it if’s because my pre-appendicitis gut flora simply wasn’t as good at handling those kinds of foods as the gut flora I have right now. Second, I do not yet know what will happen if, after my first bottle runs out, I stop taking it. I shouldn’t have to–bacteria reproduce on their own, after all.. However, if not taking it leads my digestive system to somehow go back to its old ways, I would certainly buy it again and use it regularly. Brought me back to life
I had a severe reaction after taking an antibiotic for bronchitis. It had killed all my gut flora and my stomach was severely irritated by wheat (maybe gluten?). I ended up in the hospital with a severe reaction to over-processed dough products from fast food restaurants, twice in two days. Yeah, I know, burger buns, even sourced from a local food processor shouldn’t be considered “healthy” but I work long hours, and didn’t have time to cook. I had to avoid any bread product that had a long list of chemicals in it. Ended up only able to eat cinnamon raisin bread, and hard crust peasant breads without preservatives from natural style small companies. Rice was okay, too, but NO pasta.I started taking these daily, and over time, about 3 months, was able to eat bread again without gastric upset, and in 6 months I was back to my old self, though now I avoid the wheat donut shops. We have potato-based doughnuts around here, and THAT was my salvation!I now take just one capsule at the end of the weekend, because usually I have been out to eat at least once and don’t know what is in the food I had. I’m very happy with this gentle and effective product.If you’re struggling with what seems to be severe high pressure stomach gas, like a yeast bloom in a bread dough, and the pressure in my stomach went from zero to 50 psi in less than 5 minutes after eating something with whatever aggravates my stomach, ask your doctor about gerd. I did not have gall stones. Only replacing absent gut flora restored my health. Antacids and anti-gas (simethecone) did not help without muscle relaxants. It seemed to be fungal/yeasty. I did get a doctor’s prescription for yeast infection, and that helped a little. Still had to avoid bread for months.I strongly recommend PepZinGl capsules when your stomach is especially irritated/burning. Probiotics are where it’s at. Also products that include slippery elm. Stomach Soothe is the brand I use.I would encourage you to be careful about coffee as well. Some seem to be irritating in the same way. It causes stomach discomfort and yeasty aftertaste. A major donut shop now cooks all their products regionally then ships them out each morning to their shops, and I think their processing plant must be full of yeast dust, and that perhaps their coffee is roasted in the same location. IDK. That’s just my experience.
